SHERI

Owner • Level 4 Stylist

With 28 years behind the chair, Sheri believes great hair is about so much more than appearance—it's about helping people feel confident, cared for, and completely themselves. She specializes in hair color, grey blending, grey coverage, precision haircuts, and sharing simple styling tips guests can recreate at home.

When you sit in Sheri's chair, you can expect a warm conversation, honest recommendations, and a personalized experience that leaves you feeling refreshed long after your appointment ends.

Outside the salon, Sheri loves tackling creative projects, planning her next travel adventure, and spending time with family and friends.

RENEE

Level 3 Stylist

For more than 19 years, Renee has been helping guests achieve beautiful results while having a little fun along the way. With extensive training in color correction and certification in teaching color theory, she brings both expertise and creativity to every appointment.

Whether you're looking for a subtle refresh or a major transformation, Renee is passionate about creating a relaxed, upbeat experience where you'll leave feeling your absolute best.

Her specialties include hair color, color correction, haircuts, and facial waxing.

KAYCE

Level 1 Stylist

Kayce loves creating lived-in blondes, fresh haircuts, and personalized consultations that help guests feel comfortable and confident from the moment they sit down.

She believes every salon visit should feel relaxing and welcoming, and her goal is simple: for every guest to leave feeling even better than when they walked through the door.

When she's not behind the chair, Kayce enjoys trying new hobbies, attending concerts, spending time with family and friends, and getting creative with crafts and DIY projects.

Independent Stylist

With 16 years of experience, Kelley is passionate about helping guests feel refreshed, empowered, and confident in their everyday style. She specializes in haircuts, color services, perms, and curly hair education.

Known for her easygoing personality and personalized approach, Kelley loves helping guests embrace their natural texture while creating styles that work for real life.

Outside the salon, you'll usually find her staying active and spending quality time with her two kids.

Receptionist & Client Care Coordinator

Shelly is the friendly face behind the front desk and the person who helps keep everything running smoothly at Avante. Since joining the team in 2020, she's been dedicated to making every guest experience seamless, welcoming, and stress-free.

From scheduling appointments to answering questions and helping guests feel right at home, Shelly loves creating a positive experience from the moment you walk through the door.

When she's not at the salon, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her grandkids, and running her vintage and handmade shop, Joy Farm, in Hopkins.
